2. Order and Payment Process

  • Step 1 - Review Information: Before confirming, you can review your entire order, including product details, sizes/colors, quantities, shipping address, shipping method, and the final total amount.

  • Step 2 - Place Order: Once verified, select the "Bank Transfer" payment method and click "Complete Order".

  • Step 3 - Transfer Funds: Proceed to transfer the exact total order amount to the Lumie Concepts bank account displayed on the screen.

3. Payment Confirmation and Order Processing

  • Payment Window: Please complete the bank transfer within 24 hours of placing your order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, our system will automatically cancel the order to release inventory.

  • Confirmation: As soon as our corporate account receives the valid payment, Lumie Concepts will send an email/SMS confirming the receipt of funds and notifying you that your order is being processed or sent to production.
