SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Processing & Production Time
Please note that shipping transit times do not include the time required to prepare or produce your order. Depending on the product category, our processing times are as follows:

  • In-stock Items: 01–03 business days for processing and packaging.

  • Made-to-Measure Items: 10–21 business days for production and tailoring.

  • Pre-order Items: 14–30 business days for production.

2. Shipping Methods, Transit Times & Costs
Lumie Concepts ships globally via DHL Express and domestically via reputable couriers. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.

  • Domestic Orders (Vietnam):

    • Standard Delivery (HCMC): 1–2 business days. Shipping fee is approx. 30,000 VND.

    • Standard Delivery (Other Provinces): 3–5 business days. Shipping fee is approx. 40,000 – 60,000 VND.

    • Express Delivery (HCMC Only): Same-day delivery is available for In-stock items. Shipping fees are calculated based on real-time rates from local delivery apps (e.g., Grab, Ahamove) at the time of dispatch.

    • Complimentary Shipping: Free Standard Delivery for all domestic orders over 2,000,000 VND.

  • International Orders (DHL Express):

    • Basic: 8–12 business days (Approx. $35 USD). Complimentary Basic shipping for international orders over $500 USD.

    • Standard: 5–7 business days (Approx. $70 USD).

    • Express: 3–5 business days (Approx. $100 USD).

3. Delivery Responsibility & Unboxing

  • Delivery Dates: Lumie Concepts does not guarantee exact delivery dates for Basic and Standard shipping. If you need your garment for a specific event, we strongly recommend selecting Express shipping.

  • Signature Release: For deliveries requiring a signature, if you authorize the courier to leave the package at your door or with a third party, you assume full responsibility for any loss or theft. Lumie Concepts will not issue compensation in these cases.

  • Unboxing Video: To protect your rights in case of shipping damage or missing items, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the waybill upon opening the package.

4. International Customs & Duties
Prices displayed at checkout do not include import taxes. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees determined by their local government. Refusal to pay these fees will result in a failed delivery, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
